WBE represented the premier supplier of custom label products in this case, alleging violations of federal antitrust law. Working closely with the client, WBE produced a massive amount of information during discovery.  These efforts by the client and WBE helped lead to class certification and an eventual settlement for an aggregate payment of $46.5 million.
