Judge Arenda L. Wright Allen entered the order on April 13. The complaint, which was filed in the Eastern District of Virginia, alleges that defendant Pfizer, Inc. and its subsidiaries implemented an unlawful scheme to suppress generic competition for the drug Celebrex.
