A new year brings new changes, and Wexler Wallace is excited to announce that Justin N. Boley has been named as the firm’s latest partner.
Justin joined Wexler Wallace as a law clerk in 2010 to focus on the firm’s antitrust and class action litigation matters. His impressive work led to a job offer as an associate. Since that time, Justin has been an integral part of numerous pharmaceutical antitrust cases, including his work on the trial team in In re Nexium (Esomeprazole) Antitrust Litig., 1:12-md-2409 (D. Mass. 2012). Justin has also worked on antitrust cases involving price-fixing in international commodities markets and manipulation of benchmark interest rates, and has taken the lead on investigations into the cartelization of the credit derivatives market and price-fixing among online travel sites and hotels.
We sincerely thank Justin for the excellent work he has done for the firm, and congratulate him on becoming a partner.
