WBE is Lead Counsel for Plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on behalf of a group of former employees of PNC Bank. The case—filed by Thomas A. Doyle (who was at the time Of Counsel to WBE) and by the law firms of Shedden Law LLC and the Burke Law Offices LLC—is a certified class action and collective action on behalf of current and former employees of PNC Bank, in 26 branches in Illinois, who were classified as non-exempt from the overtime laws but who worked overtime for which they were not paid. On July 22, 2016, the Court approved a class-wide settlement of the litigation.
